    An automatic three-dimensional (3-D) measurement system, the Vision Master couples measurement technology with a Windows-based user interface. Developed for semiconductor inspection, the system can perform measurements of solder-paste balls, ball-grid arrays, and other PCB features. In operation, an object is placed under the VisionMaster`s 3-D camera and the measurement and reference areas are selected.
