RMT Robotics teams with Adept Technology to sell ADAM Intelligent Mobile Robots

RMT Robotics (Grimsby, ON, Canada), the manufacturer and integrator ofADAM intelligent mobile robots, has entered into a global, nonexclusive sales agent agreement with Adept Technology (Pleasanton, CA, USA) for the promotion and sale of its ADAM robots.

Adept Technology, which provides intelligent vision-guided robotics, will team up with RMT to promote and sell the mobile robot fleets to end users in key market segments such as automotive, electronics, plastics, institutional, and aerospace. ADAM is an intelligent mobile robot that independently performs random origin to random destination transport of work-in-process materials and finished goods in lean manufacturing and assembly applications. ADAM is designed to perform missions autonomously, navigating around fixed and moving objects, free of guide wires, reflectors or transponders.
