    The time-delay-and-integration (TDI) IT-F6 linescan CCD sensor features enhanced blue response. It provides a 2048-pixel resolution using 13-μm2 pixels, 96 active TDI stages, and an ultraviolet-grade fused-silica window extended to 250 nm. Data rate is 20 MHz for each of the eight bidirectional parallel outputs, resulting in a 160-MHz effective data rate; line rates run to 53 kHz.
