    Matsushita Electric Corp. of America has formed a new Panasonic division--Panasonic Security & Digital Imaging Co. . The new company combines the Panasonic Video Imaging Systems Co. and the Panasonic Medical & Industrial Video Co., which were formerly separate unit companies under the Panasonic Broadcast & Television Systems Co.
