Frame grabber features nondestructive overlay
A PCI-based frame grabber, the Image/VGA-400 from MuTech, allows developers to overlay text and graphics nondestructively over live video. The Image/VGA-400 is a single-slot half-size PCI board with an integrated VGA accelerator and display controller. Three NTSC/PAL and one S-VHS video input are software-selectable allowing color video images to be digitized and displayed in real time in a resizeable window on the computer`s VGA monitor.
