Splitter interfaces frame grabbers
CLV-401 Camera Link Video Splitter interfaces one Camera Link camera to two frame grabbers, with one acting as the master. It supports Base configuration, and two can be combined to support Medium. CLV-401 can act as a repeater to double the distance between camera and frame grabber and can be cascaded to support four or eight frame grabbers. The splitter comes in aluminum enclosure with mounting flange and external power supply.

Frame grabber supports Camera Link
mvGAMMA-CL is a Camera Link frame grabber for digital CCD and line cameras. The frame grabber has a Base port with a maximum data-transfer rate of 95 Mbytes/s. An optoisolated IO for trigger and flash control is available at an additional connector. Configuration files are supplied for many CCD and line cameras, and an on-board processor converts Bayer Mosaic color images in real time to the current display format. This PCI-based frame grabber comes with ImpactGo! and the mvIMPACT Base Library with basic image-processing algorithms.
Color camera is simple, fast
BVS001 color image-processing system uses camera with 640 × 480-pixel CMOS sensor that reads 30 frames/s. The camera measures 138 × 40 × 47 mm in an aluminum housing and can be mounted with a wenglor angle bracket. A 197 × 241 × 80-mm vision control unit is equipped with four inputs, one permanently as a trigger input and the others configurable, and flash memory for processing via cable up to 10 m. A ring illuminator light uses eight LEDs, and image data are analyzed by proprietary software.

Linescan camera simplifies use
L50 and L75 linescan cameras both have an 8-bit RS-644 interface and a 40-MHz pixel clock. L50 is a 5000-pixel CCD linescan camera with 7 × 7-µm pixels and a 7600-Hz maximum line rate. L75 has a 7450-pixel CCD with 4.7 × 4.7-µm pixels and a 5200-Hz maximum line rate. Both cameras are compatible with F-mount lenses.
Camera provides flexibility
MC 1310 and MC 1311 high-speed Camera Link cameras feature 1280 × 1024-pixel CMOS sensors and deliver 500 frames/s, or up to 10,000 frames/s in a selected area. The Full Camera Link output terminal delivers a maximum video data rate of 660 Mbytes/s. The MC 1310 is monochrome and the MC 1311 is color with a Bayer filter. The 12 × 12- µm pixels render gray value/half-tone resolution of 10 and 8 bits, and the camera has 59-dB dynamic range.

Sensor inspects blade surfaces
CMMaster Optical Surface Gauges are noncontact, full-field, 3-D measurement systems to measure surfaces up to 24 × 24 in. Quartz halogen lighting and a Ronchi grating create a structure light pattern that is detected by an optical system using a second grating to produce moiré fringes, which are recorded by a 1300 × 1300-pixel, 10-bit Pulnix CCD camera. In-plane resolution is ≤1.7 mm; depth resolution is ≤0.025 mm. Image-acquisition speed is <10 frames/s.
