CLV-401 Camera Link Video Splitter interfaces one Camera Link camera to two frame grabbers, with one acting as the master. It supports Base configuration, and two can be combined to support Medium. CLV-401 can act as a repeater to double the distance between camera and frame grabber and can be cascaded to support four or eight frame grabbers. The splitter comes in aluminum enclosure with mounting flange and external power supply.

Sensor inspects blade surfaces

CMMaster Optical Surface Gauges are noncontact, full-field, 3-D measurement systems to measure surfaces up to 24 × 24 in. Quartz halogen lighting and a Ronchi grating create a structure light pattern that is detected by an optical system using a second grating to produce moiré fringes, which are recorded by a 1300 × 1300-pixel, 10-bit Pulnix CCD camera. In-plane resolution is ≤1.7 mm; depth resolution is ≤0.025 mm. Image-acquisition speed is <10 frames/s.Intelligent Quality Systems
