Compatible with IEEE 1101.10 and 1101.11 requirements, the XB6U line of "pizzabox" three-slot enclosures accept CompactPCI bus cards. The 3 ¥ 16-in. enclosures house 6U ¥ 160-mm cards via a two- or three-slot CompactPCI backplane. An internal card cage is positioned for direct access to the front panel for cabling ease. A 300-W power supply provides +5, 䔰, and +3.3 V to the backplane. Other features include a fan, a removable top cover, and a rear input/output panel.
