Japan`s Ministry of International Trade and Industry has given its 32nd Annual Minister`s Top Prize to Canon Inc. (Santa Clara, CA) for the development of its "High-Speed Flat-Panel Display Optical Exposure Equipment by a Synchronized Scanning Method" into its Mirror Projection Aligner MPA-5000. (Santa Clara, CA) for the development of its "High-Speed Flat-Panel Display Optical Exposure Equipment by a Synchronized Scanning Method" into its Mirror Projection Aligner MPA-5000.
