Newfound Technology acquires MaxVideo PCI image-processing products from Datacube

JANUARY 13--Newfound Technology Corp. (Boxborough, MA;www.artel.com) has announced the purchase of all of the business assets of MaxPCI image-processing products from Datacube Inc. (Danvers, MA; www.datacube.com). Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
