JANUARY 17--The third EMVA Business Conference will take place in Palermo, Italy, April 29--30. This time the EMVA expects more than 100 decisionmakers and experts of the machine-vision industry from all over the world. The conference provides a unique networking platform in Europe. Conference topics include machine vision in Italy; business and market trends; strategies for growth; the latest technology trends; and nonmanufacturing applications.
One of the highlights of the conference will be the presentation of the first results of the European Vision Technology Market Statistics. EMVA will also discuss its recently launched Standard 1288: "Standard for Measurement and Presentation of Specifications for Machine Vision Sensors and Cameras."
