IR detector is low cost

Full-TV-resolution, uncooled infrared detector, the UL 04 17 1 is well suited to low-cost thermal digital imaging. The module is made from a 640 x 480-pixel array of amorphous silicon microbolometer with a pitch of 25 μm integrated into a miniature package compatible with an existing 384 x 288/35-μm array. Typical NETD is less than 85 mK (f/1, 300 K, 60 Hz).
