• System captures images

HDX-ray 16-bit system captures high-resolution images with film-like quality for applications requiring high magnifications, such as MEMS/MOEMS, semiconductor packages, high-density interconnects, hybrids, and encapsulants. The fully integrated 2.6-Mpixel imaging subsystem features more than 65,000 gray scales with freely selectable frame rates from 1 to 30 frames/s.

HDX-ray is available on all of the company's FOX systems or as an upgrade to existing systems. The FOX series of x-ray inspection systems provide x-y feature recognition of 300 nm and focal spot size of less than 1 µm. The series is available in multiple configurations. The geometric magnification is up to 2720X (total magnification up to 8120X).
