Cognex declares cash dividend for Q2 2005

JULY 25--Cognex Corporation (Natick, MA) board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share. This dividend is payable on August 19, 2005, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on August 5, 2005. This is Cognex's ninth consecutive quarterly cash dividend.

Cognex Corporation designs, develops, manufactures, and markets machine vision systems.
