CoaXPress cameras from JAI run at 253 fps

Featuring a four-channel CoaXPress interface, JAI’s SP-5000M-CXP4 (monochrome) and SP-5000C-CXP4 (color) cameras are capable of achieving frame rates of up to 253.8 fps for 8-bit, 10-bit, or 12-bit pixel formats.  

Featuring a four-channel CoaXPress interface, JAI’s SP-5000M-CXP4 (monochrome) and SP-5000C-CXP4 (color)cameras are capable of achieving frame rates of up to 253.8 fps for 8-bit, 10-bit, or 12-bit pixel formats. The cameras feature a 1”, 5 MPixel CMOS image sensor with a 5 µm pixel size, along with in-camera CMOS pattern correction, 60 dB linear dynamic range with 100 dB piece-wise HDR mode, Power over CoaXPress or via 12-pin connector, and analog and digital gain controls for less quantized noise. In addition, the cameras are equipped with an auxiliary lens control circuit that supports P-iris control as well as programmable 3-axis control of motorized zoom lenses or other analog accessories.
