MARCH 11--StereoGraphics Corp. (San Rafael, CA; www.stereographics.com) has appointed Lenny Lipton, chairman of the board and founder of StereoGraphics, to the role of chief executive officer. In this new role, he will oversee the company's operations to sustain StereoGraphics' growth through product introductions in the stereoscopic 3-D visualization market. Lipton will maintain his role as chief technology officer and continue to lead research and development.

Lipton founded StereoGraphics Corp. in 1980 and has been granted more than 20 patents in the field of stereoscopic display, encompassing the Stereo3D technology used in all of its products today--including its CrystalEyes, Zscreen, and SynthaGram product lines.
