Wilson named president of Hitachi Computer Products (America)

JULY 31--Hitachi America Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., has appointed George Wilson president of Hitachi Computer Products (America) Inc. (Norman, OK; www.hicam.hitachi.com), effective August 1, 2002.

JULY 31--Hitachi America Ltd., a subsidiary of Hitachi Ltd., has appointed George Wilson president of Hitachi Computer Products (America) Inc. (Norman, OK; www.hicam.hitachi.com), effective August 1, 2002. Wilson, who is currently vice president of the production operations group, succeeds Yoshinobu Migita, who is returning to a new assignment in the disk array systems division.

Wilson has been vice president of the Production Operations Group since 2000. He joined Hitachi Computer Products (America) in 1987 as an engineer in the production engineering department. He has an MBA from Oklahoma City University and a B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Oklahoma.
