(Pasadena, CA; www.photobit.com) has named Shawn Maloney as vice president of marketing and sales and Joe Parkinson to the board of directors. Maloney was recently senior vice president and general manager of the Power Systems, Telecommunications, and Electronics Group at Marubeni America Corp. Parkinson was chairman and chief executive officer of 8x8 Inc.
