AUGUST 22--Redlake MASD Inc. (San Diego, CA; www.redlake.com) has completed the consolidation of its manufacturing operations within two existing facilities of the Roper Scientific and Industrial Imaging group at Roper Industries. These facilities are located in Tucson, AZ, and Burnaby, BC, Canada.
Redlake worldwide headquarters will relocate to a new facility in San Diego, CA, by November 1, 2003, and will continue to operate as usual. Redlake headquarters is home to corporate management, sales, marketing, product development and customer support personnel. Redlake's international sales offices located in Europe, Japan, and Singapore will continue to service the local markets from the existing facilities.
