    OCTOBER 8--At a recent awards ceremony, DALSA (Waterloo, Ontario, Canada; www.dalsa.com/) CEO Savvas Chamberlain received the Ernst & Young 2003 Ontario Entrepreneur Of The Year award for the Technology and Communications industry segment. Chamberlain was one of ten industry category winners and 12 winners overall who were named as part of the Ernst & Young 2003 Entrepreneur Of The Year (EOY) program in Ontario. The EOY awards, now in their tenth year, were established to recognize and reward the nation's top entrepreneurs.
