MAY 20--DVT Corp. (Duluth, GA;www.dvtsensors.com), a provider of SmartImage Sensor technology, has recorded the highest April sales and bookings levels in the company's history. The April results follow the company's all-time sales and bookings records set in the first quarter of 2003, and surpass last year's record first quarter by 43%. Based on year-to-date results, DVT is projecting a 50% growth in sales for calendar 2003.
DVT chief executive officer and chairman, Bob Steinke, states, ''DVT is currently in its 12th consecutive year of revenue growth and has no short-term or long-term debt."
DVT chief financial officer Emory Berry says, "DVT's organization now includes 20 offices in 10 countries and a global distribution network of 130 Automation Solution Providers. DVT has increased its work force by 80% in the past two years, establishing offices in the UK, France, Germany, Sweden, Mexico, Japan, Korea, Singapore, and China.
