LumaSense Technologies to acquire Mikron Infrared

FEBRUARY 12--LumaSense Technologies (Santa Clara, CA, USA; www.lumasenseinc.com), a provider of sensor instrumentation to the industrial, medical, and energy markets, will acquire Mikron Infrared (Oakland, NJ, USA; www.mikroninfrared.com), a provider of IR noncontact temperature measurement and thermal imaging solutions.

FEBRUARY 12--LumaSense Technologies (Santa Clara, CA, USA; www.lumasenseinc.com), a provider of sensor instrumentation to the industrial, medical, and energy markets, will acquire Mikron Infrared (Oakland, NJ, USA; www.mikroninfrared.com), a provider of IR noncontact temperature measurement and thermal imaging solutions since 1969. Mikron's board of directors has approved the transaction, subject to receipt of regulatory approval.
