Steve Varga

Steve Varga has led enterprise engineering, artificial intelligence, and R&D developments for more than 25 years. He is an Enterprise AI Transformation Executive, a certified AIA Vision Professional, and a Level 3 Certified Thermographer, with extensive experience designing, installing, and scaling intelligent automation and advanced imaging systems across global footprints.

Currently serving as the Chief AI/ML Architect for assembled products globally at Procter & Gamble, Steve acts as a lead technology and architecture advisor to the R&D CTO and executive brand leadership teams. In this role, he steers enterprise AI roadmap development, predictive automation, and adaptive systems across global business units, supporting large-scale, multidisciplinary engineering and operational organizations.

Throughout his career, Steve has been a pioneer in industrial AI innovation, deploying landmark deep learning-based manufacturing inspection platforms with 27 patents. His strategic initiatives have consistently driven significant enterprise-wide cost reductions, optimized manufacturing quality across major global brands, and substantially accelerated product development and commercialization timelines.
