Computar releases new telecentric lens for 12 MPixel image sensors

The TEC-V0345165MPY-WI is designed for a 165.2 mm working distance and is capable of viewing one pixel as 10 µm.

The new V-Series TEC-V0345165MPY-WI telecentric lens from Computar Optics is compatible with 12 MPixel image sensors in 1.1" optical format and specialized for the Sony IMX253 image sensor. The TEC-V0345165MPY-WI is designed for a 165.2 mm working distance and is capable of viewing one pixel as 10 µm.

Other features are a C-mount, variable manual iris (F5 - 32.4), and according to the manufacturer, low TV distortion correction up to the outermost corner (-0.024%).
