Z-axis piezo stage enabled for microscopy applications
Piezosystem Jena’s PZ 300 piezoelectric actuator based z-axis elevator stage is designed specifically for adapting onto the top of standard XY microscopy stages.
Piezosystem Jena’s PZ 300 piezoelectric actuator based z-axis elevator stage is designed specifically for adapting onto the top of standard XY microscopy stages. The PZ 300 AP piezo stage offers a travel range of up to 300 microns with a step resolution of of ±2.5 nanometers. It features two parallel working piezo drives and a large free aperture, which enables the stage to work with standard slides, Multi-well plates, and petri dishes. In addition, the piezo stage from Piezosystem Jena can scan step-by-step at working frequencies up to 50 Hz.
