CRAIC’s 508 Perfect Vision UV-visible-NIR spectrophotometer is designed to be added to an open photoport of a microscope or probe station so that users can non-destructively analyze the spectra of many types of microscopic samples. The 508 PV features 250 to 2100 nm available spectral range, user selected spectral range from deep UV to near-infrared (NIR), permanently calibrated variable measurement area, and thermoelectric cooling available to improve signal-to-noise ratios and long-term stability. In addition, the spectrophotometer incorporates color digital imaging up to 6 MPixels and features Lambdafire spectroscopy and imaging control and analysis software. The 508 PV spectrophotometer is suitable for use in thin film thickness measurements, production line applications, and biotechnology research.
