APRIL 4--eTrue (Southborough, MA; www.etrue.com) has partnered with Microsoft Corp. (Redmond, WA; www.microsoft.com) to provide biometric log-on services for secure Web and network access to Microsoft .NET Enterprise Server customers. "The eTrue service offers customers quick, flexible, and reliable deployment of secure authentication."
The eTrue service authenticates users for both Web and local network log-on through multiple biometrics, such as face and fingerprint verification, providing 100% user authentication. "By building on Microsoft's .NET Enterprise servers, eTrue is able to bring its message to a wider audience, " says David Teitelman, eTrue president and chief executive officer.
