JANUARY 10, 2008--Photon Dynamics (San Jose, CA, USA) has announced a plan to create a partnership with Ultra Clean Technology (Menlo Park, CA, USA;www.uct.com). Under terms of the partnership agreement, Ultra Clean will manufacture, integrate, and test major process modules on Photon Dynamics' ArrayChecker test products of all generations, as well as the entire ArrayChecker test products of earlier generations.
The first shipment of Photon Dynamics' test products out of Ultra Clean's Shanghai facilities is expected in the summer of 2008. The ArrayChecker product line is Photon Dynamics' LCD array test system that enables improved panel-defect detection.
