Critical Link will showcase its MityCAM-B2521F embeddedvision system, which features an sCMOS image sensor from Fairchild Imaging, at the AIA Vision Show in Boston from April 15-17. MityCAM-B2521F is a 5.5 MPixel camera with a CIS-2521F front-illuminated sCMOS image sensor with a 6.5 µm x 6.5 µm pixel size and achieves a 100 fps frame rate with rolling shutter and a 50 fps frame rate with global shutter. The camera, which is available in monochrome or color, can be customized with Camera Link, GigE, and USB 2.0 interface options. MityCAM-B2521F systems, which function as a sensor evaluation kit and smart camera, are suitable for use in machine vision, low-light imaging, embedded instrumentation, scientific imaging, surveillance, and metrology imaging applications.
