Senso Optics introduces MiniScope uncooled ASIC thermal imaging monoscope
The X-SEE MiniScope is an all-weather miniature thermal imaging monoscope based on Senso Optics integrated circuit (ASIC) Camera on Chip technology. The X-SEE features a 640 x 480 uncooled microbolometer pixel array with a 17 µm pixel pitch and a spectral sensitivity of 8 to 12 µm. It also features X1 magnification, 31.2º H x 23.4º V field of view, and a viewfinder with an OLED display with 800 x 600 resolution. In addition, the X-SEE can operate for up to 10 hours with only two lithium batteries. The X-SEE is suitable for use in military, law enforcement, and homeland security applications.
