The Cricket CR-POE-20S3C IP security camera from Point Grey features a 1/2' Sony IMX185 Exmore CMOS image sensor capable of achieving a frame rate of 60 fps at full resolution. The 2 MPixel rolling shutter sensor also features a 3.75 µm x 3.75 µm pixel size which enables low light imaging and wide dynamic range. Like other Cricket models, the new camera uses Sony’s Xarina image processing platform, which enables multi-image WDR functionality, multi-streaming, noise reduction, video encoding and ONVIF support. In addition, the camera features a Power over Ethernet interface and is compatible with a 1/2" or larger manual iris or DC auto iris lens.
