    LMI Technologies expands partnership with Edixia

    JANUARY 20--LMI Technologies (LMI; Windsor, ON, Canada; www.lmint.com), a designer and manufacturer of 3-D machine-vision technology, has expanded its exclusive distributorship agreement with Edixia Vision Industrielle (Edixia; www.edixia.com), based in France.

    JANUARY 20--LMI Technologies (LMI; Windsor, ON, Canada; www.lmint.com), a designer and manufacturer of 3-D machine-vision technology, has expanded its exclusive distributorship agreement with Edixia Vision Industrielle (Edixia; www.edixia.com), based in France. Under terms of the amended agreement, Edixia will have the existing exclusive rights for sales, distribution, and integration in France, Spain, and Belgium expanded to the rest of Europe for 3-D fixed in-line (SLS Plus) and flexible robotic (FMS) machine-vision sensing solutions.

    LMI Technologies Automotive Division develops and manufactures laser-based sensors for the dimensional measurement of automotive bodies and subassemblies.
    Edixia is a leading French machine-vision supplier and is mainly involved in the automotive market.
