Texas Instruments Senior Fellow joins National Instruments board of directors
AUGUST 9--National Instruments (NI; Austin, TX; ni.com) has announced that Duy-Loan Le, a 20-year veteran with Texas Instruments (TI) and a current TI Senior Fellow, has been elected to its board of directors.
As TI's DSP advanced technology ramp manager, Le oversees product ramp of cutting-edge digital signal processors (DSPs) and research of methods for improving the manufacture of these advanced and specialized computer chips. Throughout her career there, Le has held numerous key positions, and in 2002 Le became the first woman at TI to be elected a TI Senior Fellow, a title currently held by only four other TI employees. She holds 20 technology patents and has eight pending applications.
Le was inducted into the Women in Technology International Hall of Fame in June 2001 and named National Women of Color Technologist Of The Year in 2002.
