Embedded electronics manufacturer Critical Link is showing the MityCAM-C50000 camera, the official evaluation platform for the global shutter CMV50000 CMOS image sensor produced by ams/CMOSIS, at the upcoming SPIE Photonics West 2019 conference.

The CMV50000 image sensor provides 7920 x 6004 resolution at 30 fps with monochrome and RGB color options and outputs in subLVDS mode. The MityCAM-C50000 includes USB3 and HDMI interfaces, with CoaXPress, Camera Link, and GigE Vision among others as custom interface options.

The MityCAM-C50000 system is based on the MitySOM-A10S image processing board, which Critical Link will also be showing. The MitySOM-A10S features dual-side connectors, the Intel/Altera Arria 10 SoC with dual core ARM and fabric up to 480KLE FPGA. The module also includes on-board power supplies, two DDR4 RAM memory subsystems, and multiple user interfaces. OpenCL is supported by the MitySOM-A10S, and Linux is embedded.

Finally, Critical Link has announced that it will be holding a raffle for a MitySOM-5CSx Embedded Vision Development Kit for Basler Dart BCON cameras. The kit provides on-board image processing via an Intel/Altera Cyclone V SoC processor with FPGA fabric and dual core ARMs. The MitySOM-5CSx Embedded Vision Development Kit offers a variety of interfaces including HDMI, USB, Ethernet, M.2., and GPIO. Basler's Camera Software Suite is also included for free.

Critical Link will be showing at Booth 240.
