Vision system inspects BGAs The Power BGA, a vision inspection system designed for manufacturers of Ball Grid Array (BGA) devices, is based on the company`s Image Analyst software. PowerBGA is capable of measuring a variety of patterns with minimum user-configuration. Field-of-view device layout parameters, BGA pattern descriptors, and tolerances for proper monitoring can be customized. A setting dialog box allows global settings such as reporting, I/O, graphics, and hardware to be configured.
