A supplier of proprietary machine-vision and automated turnkey inspection and packaging systems, Image Processing Systems Inc. (Scarborough, Ontario, Canada) is moving to a new 52,000-sq ft facility in Markham with a new business name, IPS Automation; its legal corporate name remains the same. . . . Foilmark Inc. (Newburyport, MA) has completed its new holographic-images-manufacturing facility. Capable of producing 2 million pounds of film per year, the 25,000-sq ft operation will house two existing and three new micro-embossing lines dedicated to manufacturing holographic diffraction films for packaging and decorative applications.
