SPOT Imaging Solutions releases latest version of microscopy imaging software

SPOT Imaging Solutions has announced the release of its SPOT 5.2 imaging software, which provides a toolkit and means for control in microscopy applications.  

SPOT Imaging Solutions has announced the release of its SPOT 5.2 imaging software, which provides a toolkit and means for control in microscopy applications. With version 5.2, the software now supports Mac OS X Mavericks (10.9) and Windows 8, and has a number of new features, including a microscopy-optimized auto-brightness function, a live image overlay module of E-Phys applications, and enhanced auto-exposure image types. In addition, the software has enhanced ICC profiles for new cameras, added macro functions, added custom dialog functions, color temperature adjustments, circle/grid/crosshair reticles for counting and inspection, and individual user logins.
