The iPORT SB-GigE-EV7520A external frame grabber, that operates with Sony FCB-EV7520A block cameras to allow them to be treated as native GigE Vision cameras, will be shown by Pleora Technologies at SPIE Photonics West 2019.

Using CAT5e/6 cabling, the SB-GigE-EV7520A can transmit full-resolution video over a GigE link up to 100 m, can convert video to 8-bit monochrome to conserve bandwidth (other than 1080p modes running at 50 fps or higher), and is both GigE Vision and GenlCam compliant. The SB-GigE-EV7520A also uses a simplified version of the Sony VISCA interface.

Pleora Technologies will be located at booth 4476.
