Lucid Vision Labs releases Triton cameras with 3rd gen Sony Pregius image sensors

The new GigE Vision cameras feature small size and IP67 protection ratings.

The Triton GigE Vision camera series has expanded to include the 2.8 MPixel IMX429 and 7.1 MPixel IMX428 Sony Pregius image sensors. Both sensors feature 4.5 µm pixel size, dynamic range of 76 db, saturation capacity of 25,000 e-, and read noise of 2.5 e-.  

The TRI028S model (2.8 MPixel) offers 1936 x 1464 resolution at 42.5 fps, and 2/3” optical format. The TRI071S model (7.1 MPixel) offers 3208 x 2200 resolution at 17.2 fps, in 1.1” optical format.

Triton cameras are 29 x 29 mm in size and feature IP67 protection, M12 Ethernet and M8 general purpose I/O connectors, C Mount, and an operating temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.
