Targeted at spectroscopy applications, the Spectra Video SV330 digital camera offers a 25 ¥ 8-mm, 1100 ¥ 330-element, back-illuminated charge-coupled device that provides 16-bit thermoelectrically cooled performance. Its electronics package holds noise performance to 3 electrons rms and furnishes full-well values exceeding 900,000 electrons, which are greater than 18 bits of dynamic range. The camera integrates with most popular spectrographs and software packages.
