Docter Optics distributes Moulded Optics optical components and lenses for vision-based systems
Moulded Optics manufactures various optics and lens types for application in barcode scanning, biometrics, CCD camera, 3-D, instrumentation, object-recognition, and other systems. Standard blank-molded aspheric lenses are offered in diameters from 4-80 mm and high-power LED half-ball lenses are offered in 3-, 4-, 5-, and 6-mm diameters. Custom blank-molded optical components come in sizes from 3-100 mm. They can be manufactured using materials including B270, F2, and borosilicate glasses, and may be uncoated or ultraviolet (UV; 120 nm) to infrared (IR; 3000 nm) coated. Lens and optical component types include singlet, aspheric, bubble, cylindrical, fly's-eye array, free-form, Fresnel, prismatic and other lenses; aspheric, free-form, and spherical mirrors; dispersing, dove, folding, penta, porro, roof, TIR and wedge prisms; and many more.
