Pixelteq releases multispectral photodiode array

Nov. 6, 2013
Pixelteq’s PixelSensor multispectral photodiode array features eight wavelength-selective photodiodes in a compact 9 mm square sensor and is suitable for use in biomedical instrumentation, industrial sorting and sensing, and OEM multispectral device applications.

Pixelteq’s PixelSensor multispectralphotodiode array features eight wavelength-selective photodiodes in a compact 9 mm square sensor. The PixelSensor’s optical filters are integrated on silicon photodiodes which can be customized to fit targeted visible to near-infrared (400-1000nm) bands. The 20-pin LCC package, which is designed for low noise and fast response time, can be surface or socket mounted. The PixelSensor photodiode array is suitable for use in biomedical instrumentation, color meters and monitors, industrial sorting and sensing, portable sorting and sensing, and OEM multispectral device applications.
