The C11440-52U board level CMOS camera from Hamamatsu is designed for OEM scientific and industrial customers for use in such applications as semiconductor inspection, failure analysis, X-ray scintillator readout, fluorescence microscopy and high speed / high resolution imaging.

The C11440-52U board levelCMOS camera from Hamamatsu is designed for OEM scientific and industrial customers for use in such applications as semiconductor inspection, failure analysis, X-ray scintillator readout, fluorescence microscopy and high speed / high resolution imaging. It delivers 30 fps with 2048 x 2048 pixels (6.5 μm x 6.5 μm) with a dynamic range of 18000:1 and a low noise level of just 2.3 electrons (rms) and 1.6 electrons (median). The CMOS camera also features a USB 3.0 interface and external trigger options for seamless integration into an OEM.
