Emergent Vision Technologies has announced the release of its HS-20000, which is a 20 MPixel 10GigE Vision camera that is available in monochrome or color. The HS-20000 features a CMOSIS CMVS20000 CMOS image sensor with 6.4 µm x 6.4 µm pixel size, a dynamic range of 60 dB, a frame rate of 32 fps, and a 10GigE interface. The camera—which is GigE Vision and GenICam compliant—also has 8 or 10-bit digital output, an F-Mount lens mount, Capture Viewer imaging software, a software development kit, and external triggering capabilities. HS-20000 cameras are suitable for use in semiconductor inspection, automotive manufacturing, food and beverage, and entertainment applications.
