9th month: Vision Systems Design 200th issue milestone: Spanning the spectrum

To celebrate the 200th issue of Vision Systems Design magazine, we highlighted some of the most significant developments in machine vision technology, from their origins (then) to their current capabilities (now). From the initial iteration of the pin-hole camera in the 5th century to the recent introduction of the USB3 Vision standard, this slideshow looks at the origins of image capturing and some of the pioneers responsible for its evolution. Throughout the slideshow, we offer "Then" and "Now" looks at some of these milestones and technological advancements.
