Featuring infinity correction on both sides of the optomechanics to permit compatibility with Qioptiq's Optem FUSION lens system accessories, the FETURA+ advanced zoom lens system will be on display at Automate 2016 from April 3-6. The lens system features an electronic, linear-rail optomechanical design, continuous 12.5:1 optical zoom, adjustable optical zoom speed, and an extended service life of around 1 million cycles. Additionally, FETURA+ features a standard RS232 interface with a command set that is described in detail in the software development kit. Example software is available as well, and instead of Sub-D connectors Fetura+ uses industrial connectors for industrial grade electrical connections.
