At VISION 2018 in Stuttgart, Germany, JAI will showcase several new machine vision cameras, including the Sweep+ SW-4000T-10GE three-sensor line scan camera with 10GigE interface. The prism-based RGB line scan camera is based on a backwards compatible 10GBASE-T GigE Vision interface delivering 10 Gbps output and features a 4096 x 3 array and a maximum speed over 100 kHz.
JAI will also showcase a new trilinear color line scan camera in its Sweep series (SW-4000TL-PMCL), which is a 4K camera with a maximum full line rate of 66 kHz for 24-bit non-interpolated RGB output, as well as a new polarization camera, the GO-5100MP-USB, which is built around Sony’s 5.1 MPixel IMX250MZR CMOS image sensor and a four-way polarized filter design.
Additionally, JAI will showcase new models in its Spark series of machine vision cameras, including a 12.4 MPixel model available in USB3 or GigE Vision format based on Sony’s IMX304 in both color and monochrome models. Lastly, the company will demonstrate a new range of 3-CMOS, prism-based color RGB area scan cameras in the Apex series that are designed for machine vision and medical imaging, along with specific models dedicated to microscopy applications.
