Zivid Launches New Camera Line
Zivid has launched a new industrial camera line, the Zivid 2+R-series. This camera series currently has three model options available, the MR60, MR130, and LR110. These are 3D + 2D cameras that are especially designed for machine vision applications performed in challenging industrial environments. These cameras require no 2D camera to 3D sensor calibration, installations, illumination, or hardware.
The MR60 and LR110 are especially designed for robot mounting. The MR130, designed for stationary mounting and performing applications such as piece picking, has a focus distance of 1300 mm, optimal working distance of 1000 to 4000 mm, and FOV at focus distance of 790 x 650 at 1300 mm. It has a point precision of 210 μm, local planarity precision of 300 μm, and trueness of >99.65%.
All three cameras provide 3D HDE with 60-128 dB dynamic range, and 30-1000 ms capture time. All have a 169 x 124 x 56 mm footprint, weigh 1000 g, and are water and dustproof, rated IP65. All three are especially designed for machine vision applications such as assembly, robot guiding, inspection, depalletizing, bin picking and piece picking.
