Zivid Launches New 2D+3D Camera Line

Cameras, designed to be used in large robots, warehouses, are especially designed for machine vision tasks such as bin picking, robotics.

Zivid recently launched a new line of 2D+3D cameras, Zivid 3, which includes the Zivid 3 XL250. This  camera has a 1.5 – 4 m working distance with a 2.5m focus distance and 39° square FOV. It comes equipped with an 8MPixel, 2816 x 2816 resolution 2D and 3D image sensor, and achieves a minimum capture time of 25 ms.  

Designed for use in large warehouses and large robots, the camera has a 336 x 133 x 70mm footprint, weighs 2700g, and is rated IP65. It is especially designed for such machine vision applications as palletizing/depalletizing, bin picking, and robotic manipulation tasks.
