The WiDy SenS 640 features NIT’s dual-mode InGaAs sensor NSC1601, offering both Linear and Logarithmic responses for superior HDR (120dB) performance. With 640×512 resolution and 15 µm pixels, it captures detailed images under challenging lighting. Supporting USB 3.0, CameraLink, GigE, Analog, and SDI, it includes Gated mode and TEC1 for precise, stable imaging. Available in Compact, Embedded, or board-level versions, it’s ideal for industrial, defense, and research applications requiring flexible, high-sensitivity SWIR imaging.
