UAV camera from Octopus ISR Systems features four sensors

Weighing only 5.7 lbs and measuring 6.8 x 8.1 in, the Epsilon 175 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) gyro-stabilized payload is designed for various airborne imaging applications.

Weighing only 5.7 lbs and measuring 6.8 x 8.1 in, the Epsilon 175 unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) gyro-stabilized payload is designed for various airborne imaging applications. The Epsilon 175 features a 1270 x 720 electro-optical sensor with 30x zoom, and a 640 x 512, 3 – 5 µm focal plane array with a 15x infrared zoom lens. In addition, the Epsilon 175 has a Class I laser range finder with a range of up to 5000m, and a class IIIb laser illuminator with an 830 nm wavelength. Onboard image processing features include object tracking, scene steering, moving target indicator, geo-location feature, moving map software, and software stabilization, among others. Additionally, the UAV camera is IP66 rated and has 360° continuous pan, and -90 to +30° elevation.
